About me
As a psychologist and leadership professional with a systemic–cognitive-behavioural background, I accompany individuals and teams through development, decision-making, and change processes.
My work combines psychological expertise, organizational insight, and hands-on experience in leading complex structures.
In coaching and consulting, my focus lies on clarity, self-responsibility, and effective communication.
I support people in understanding connections, setting priorities, and implementing solutions with consistency and purpose.
Outside of work, I find balance through movement and structure – for example, in Aikido training.
