About me

As a physician with a systemic background, I accompany people through personal and professional development processes with curiosity, clarity and appreciation. I value the diversity of life stories, perspectives and challenges I encounter – they enrich my work and inspire me again and again.

I work on equal footing: you are the expert of your situation – I support you with professional expertise, structure and an eye for development steps that are feasible and effective. Change often begins with small, meaningful shifts.

As a balance to my professional work, I enjoy spending time in the mountains, in the garden or engaging in creative projects. A beautiful environment, good food and hands-on activities are important sources of energy for me.

My approach
