About me

As a physician with systemic training, I accompany people through personal and professional development processes.
My work combines psychological and psychiatric expertise with a resource- and solution-oriented approach.
I believe that change begins where clarity arises — and where we understand how thoughts, emotions, and relationships interact.

A few personal insights:
I live with my family in Zurich North, enjoy spending time in the mountains or singing, and love Italian food, warmth, and sunshine.
Originally from the beautiful Münsterland region in Germany, I have made Switzerland my home since 2015.
